Alex Minetto received his M.S. in Telelecommunication Engineering for Information Theory and Signal Processing Applications. He developed his Master Thesis during a 6 months internship at European Organization for the Exploitation of Meterological Satellites (EUMETSAT) in Darmstadt, Germany. His work was focused on the development of new precise detection algorithm for scatterometer radar pulses. Currently he is pursuing the PhD at Politecnico di Torino within the NavSAS group. His research is oriented to cooperative positioning algorithms based on Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) only and terrestrial telecommunication networks.
