He achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2019 and a Master’s Degree in Mechatronic Engineering in 2020 at Politecnico di Torino, presenting the thesis “Indoor SLAM and Room Classification with Deep Learning at the edge”. Currently, he is working with embedded systems on terrestrial robotic platforms in order to investigate new localization and mapping techniques, assisted by advanced visual inertial odometry technology for tracking.
